Saving Money on Drinking Water
I don't know how things got so out of control that we even have to pay for water, but we do. And I don't know what happened when I was a kid that I hated tap water and still do. Probably due to dinking too much water out of the garden hose. Water is important to your health. Go online and try to see how much water you should drink a day and there is no consensus. I'm running with a target of four 16.9 fl oz. handy bottles a day. It's not one of your life's bigger expenses but every penny counts when we aree cheap. About $6.50 for 24 bottles. Is my math right? six gallons six bucks? So a dollar a gallon. The are purified water stores on every corner and you can get .25 cents a gallon easy. Upgrade to .40 cents a gallon and you can get a gleaming store with new equipment and a friendly person who will carry your purchase out to your car because you have a hernia because Greedy McBoss wouldn't spring for a back belt during grand opening.
